This retreat is more than just doing Yoga each day. In our one-week retreats, you will get to learn and practice Asanas of various Yoga styles and Pranayama 2 times daily, learn different meditation practices, and Jala Neti every morning. During our various classes, we will cover subjects including Yoga philosophy, Yoga anatomy (subtle body), and Ayurvedic lifestyle during the day. In some of the evenings, we will practice different kinds of Meditation and learn how to improve your own Yoga practice at home. SMALL GROUPS and close contact with the teachers for a deeper learning experience.

Jala Neti and Trataka Meditation

  • Check-in from 12:00 pm
  • 6:00 pm Welcome dinner, orientation 

Day 2

  • 7:15 – 9:45 am Kriya, Asana, Pranayama, and meditation
  • 12:30 – 2:30 pm Yogic lifestyles and history of yoga
  • 4:00 – 5:30 pm Hatha yoga

Day 3

  • 7:15 – 9:45 am Kriya, Asana, Pranayama, and meditation
  • 4:00 – 5:30 pm Hatha yoga
  • 7:30 – 8:00 pm Trataka meditation

Day 4

  • 7:15 – 9:45 am Kriya, Asana, Pranayama, and meditation
  • 12:30 – 2:30 pm Ashtanga Yoga & Yoga Anatomy
  • 4:00 – 5:30 pm Yin Yoga

Day 5

  • 7:15 – 9:45 am Kriya, Asana, Pranayama, and meditation
  • 12:30 – 2:30 pm Mantra, mudra, pranayama, and how to home yoga practice workshop
  • 4:00 – 5:30 pm Hatha yoga
  • 7:30 – 8:00 pm Mantra meditation

Day 6

ACCOMMODATIONS

The package includes a comfortable and spacious private fan bungalow located just a few minute’s walks from Sunny Yoga. A/C bungalows available upon request. All accommodations are with kitchen and hot shower.

ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

Sunny has been teaching at least 15 yoga teacher training for the past few years. She understood not everyone comes to the training with the intention “I want to be a yoga teacher”, this program is built for those. You’ll get to learn the necessary topics to help you understand what yoga is and how can we apply this to our everyday practice and lifestyle.
